I had David in the clinic in town, the next time around I decided to have Sarah at home with a midwife, Nadya, she let John do everything but check Sarah after she was out. I also had Daniel at home, that one was fun as Nadya had not arrived yet and I was waking around waiting for her, My sister, Terri told me to get on the bed so we could see what was happening and as I got on the bed Daniel fell out on to the bed face down, and Terri screamed for John who come running. So it was a bit of fun, but Terri was very good and organized it all, well John tried to get the fire hot outside as we have a donkey for hot water. Then there was Jodie. now this one was a bit embarrassing as my waters broke at 4:30pm and Nadya came running and John flu home from work. Only that night at 12:30 in the morning did Jodie arrive on my Dad’s 65 birthday. She was the longest time, if my water did not brake I would not have known I was in labour and would have only needed to phone Nadya at about 12:00. We are now all done with having babes and Sharna and Aimee can take over when they fine a Husband.
